6-Jul-2006 USA NETWORK LETS VIEWERS PLAY SUPER SLEUTH WITH VIDEO SCAVENGER HUNT USA Network has given the online video portal Motion.TV (www.motion.tv) exclusive video clips to promote the new series PSYCH, premiering this Friday at 10pm/9c. Five video clips will be hidden throughout the site with hints helping players find the next. This unique contest, executed by ElectricArtists (www.electricartists.com), is designed to allow visitors a chance to use their "powers of observation" much like Shawn, the central character in the new series. Players clever enough to discover the five videos and solve the clues will be entered to win prizing such as a home theatre system, dvd box sets of USA shows, digital cameras, t-shirts, hats and more with over 20 winners! Psych centers on Shawn Spencer, who possesses uncanny powers of observation honed by his police officer father, Henry, who drilled young Shawn to note even the smallest details of his surroundings. When Shawn is accused of committing a crime that he actually solved for the police department, he convinces the cops that he's psychic. With the reluctant help of his best-friend Gus, Shawn starts solving cases for an ever-skeptical, but grudgingly impressed, police force.
